BORROWING POLICY

1. Organic faculty and staff may borrow one (1) book for every subject taught in one semester. Part-time instructor/Job order personnel may borrow a book, provided, that the department chairman or any organic personnel is to sign the book card as co-borrower or guarantor.

2.   Reference books and Filipiniana collections can be borrowed for a limited number of days to allow other users to avail themselves of the said materials.

3.   Fiction books can be borrowed for one week and can be renewed for another week unless these are also needed by another client.

4.  General references, reserved books, theses/dissertations, and newspapers are for library use only; however,         the faculty and the staff are allowed to borrow these materials for a special use in the classroom, provided that they return them immediately after the class.

5.  Magazines are for library use only.

6. Borrowed materials are coursed through the circulation counter.

7.  For lost books, the faculty, and the staff must replace them with the same author, title, and latest edition, if possible.
