A. Circulation Materials

Filipiniana Books 1 Day
Fiction Books 1 Week
Stack Books 3 Days
B. Non-circulation material
- Periodicals, Newspapers, General Reference books, and Unpublished Materials (Thesis and Dissertation) are available for library use only.
C. Borrowing
- Valid ID must be presented when borrowing books. It is not transferable.
- No library materials shall be removed from the Library until they have been properly recorded at the Circulation Counter.
- A borrower shall, before leaving the Library, ensure that all books issued to him/her on loan are complete and undamaged.
- A borrower shall, before leaving the Library, check the date due slip if it is properly processed
D. Return
- Borrowers should return the books to the Library.
E. Renewals
- Books on loan, except those reserved by others, may be renewed for another day for three (3) consecutive days.
- The student cannot borrow/renew books unless the account is settled;
F. Reservation
- Books can be reserved by contacting the Reference in-charge through FB messenger/Email or approaching the information desk counter
- The in-charge will reserve the books to be loaned.
G. Overdue
- Borrowers should return the books to the library, if the book is not returned on time; an overdue penalty will be applied.
H. Penalty/Fine
- Community service for Undergraduate Students;
- Donation of any parallel library material or suspension from borrowing for an equivalent period for Graduate Studies Students.
I. Loss
- If you lost the books, they must be reported immediately to the university/campus librarian to avoid penalties.
- Replacement of the same title, author, and updated edition is advised.
J. Theft
- Taking books out of the library without properly charging out at the circulation counter will be considered theft. This is a serious offense and may result in immediate suspension and loss of library privilege according to pertinent CTU policies.
