Document Delivery (DD)

 

Is a library service which copies non-returnable information or data required by library clients, including book chapters, images, journal/magazine articles, newspaper clippings, maps, research, and other library collections and then emails or sends them to library users directly to their email add.

Procedures:

First step:

      Contact the library staff through Facebook Messenger

Second step:

       Wait for the confirmation from the library staff

Third step:

If the materials is available, the library client will provide their active email address to send on the data/information needed

Fourth step: 

The Reference in-charge will forward the materials to the Technology and Instructional Integration Area for scanning

Fifth step: 

The scanned data/information will forward to Circulation in-charge to dispatch the data/information to the requestor.
