SIGNING OF CLEARANCE

Procedures:

  1. The client presents his/her clearance with valid ID at the  circulation counter for signing
  2. The Circulation in-charge will check the clearance to if properly filled out
  3. The Circulation in-charge will check the names against the record in the library system for accountabilities
  4. The client writes his name on the logbook provided to signify that he/she had his/her clearance signed
  5. The Circulation in-charge stamps the Head Librarian’s facsimile, countersigns it-, and indicates the date of signing the clearance.
